What our services include
When we develop software for you, the following services are usually included (this list is non-exhaustive and non-contractual):
-
Support : We strive to fix all bugs and issues we know of before delivering the final product, as well as any you may find in the week that follows; beyond that, any change to the source code will be charged as additional work.
-
Source code included: We will always provided the software's source code along with the executable. You are free to make any changes to it. We reserve the right to reuse your project's source code for other projects (except for possible sensitive data).
-
Access to the code repository: We share our project-specific, private GitLab repository with you. You can follow the project's progress, download any released version, and open support issues. Once our work is done, we grant you write access so you can make the changes you see fit; any change before an additional work request may be charged.
-
Unit tests (optional): These tests can improve software reliability by decreasing the chance of encountering bugs. You can specifically ask for those tests, or we can suggest them where deemed relevant — not all software benefit from the time spent making those tests, especially simpler software.
